What I wanted to do first write them down so that I can remember them by going over and over again in my head. A cute tablet or notebook helps as well but seeing them out in the open is better. On a dry erase board or posted near your computer. Some where you can consistently see them through out the day.
Some of my goals are: To eat healthier, workout, organize, decorate my home, give God more of my time and etc.
So far I have shopped for healthier items, started where I left off with my
organization. Let's try getting a workout in today. And church is on my agenda tomorrow.
