During these weeks I learned to turn my energy into other avenues such as cleaning the house more and hobbies that I like to do. I am enjoying my new energy level, although before I could never sit still. But now I have a clearer mind and focus on a more healthier me. I do not get bogged down by eating foods or heavy portions that zap my energy and fog my thinking. So I am grateful for that!! I need to learn to stay off of the scale daily, which can leave you frustrated but also motivated at the same time. I have been trying to think to myself should I cook for the family for Thanksgiving or we just go out to eat. I just can't make up my mind. Sheesh!!
These weeks I am eating my protein first and vegetables next which is challenging to get everything in at one meal. The protein I am eating meatballs (about 6) with marina sauce or BBQ sauce, scrambled eggs, deli ham, mozzarella cheese stick (reduced fat), chicken nuggets and over course Premier Protein shake.
