Pantry Organization
Well if my pantry could talk it would have many stories to share. With all the midnight, afternoon school snacking, holiday cooking and family dinners I think to myself that these doors are just going to fall off the hinges one day. Besides the door is always open and I have to constantly close it through out the day. So imagine it was hard to find anything in pantry and I was always buying duplicates. I wanted to get a handle of it since I started back couponing since the baby. I wanted order and organization so if my boys have eaten anything out of the party I can quickly identify what to eaten. I was on a budget so the white and blue bins where from the dollar tree. The white bins can also be used in cabinets to slide in and out of the cabinets for easy reach and keeping things in their proper place. I also use the white bins (wash basins) for my meat drawer in my fridge. It catches all the messy meat juice from the deli meats, hotdogs, sausages or bacon. I purchased the chalk board labels from the Dollar Tree as well. I had to go to a total of 4 stores to find them but I found them FINALLY!! Also the chalk board marker was purchase from Wal-Mart for about $5.97. This project was not done in one day, although it could have been. Sometimes you just need time to make sure it all flows and its what you envisioned. But never be afraid to CHANGE, CHANGE AND CHANGE!! As your family grows and things evolves never be afraid to make changes to your organization system.
